The SLACK TIDE LOUNGE
I’ve found that in fishing a tidal river like the Lower Potomac River, you figure out that the fishing is a little less productive on the slack tide. This is a good time to have a bite to eat, hit a marina for gas, or raft-up with a fellow fishing boat and catch-up on things. There’s often a lot of information exchanged, sometimes told in story fashion and laced with a little humor. Hopefully I’ve captured some of that here.
