“Carmen”

The island of “Isla de Carmen”, an Island in the Sea of Cortez near the Baja town of Loretto, is shown here in her morning splendor. This is a studio rendition of a picture taken by myself while fishing just prior to sunrise. The sun seemed to explode from the clouds above it and silhouette in darkness the barren mountainous terrain of this wonderful awesome wilderness. A memorable trip on many accounts.
